Adebayo Tolu
I’m a registered nurse and software builder based in Sokoto, Nigeria. I’m CEO of Academic Nightingale, founder of InstitutionApp and CTO of Network Paper.
Much of my work is in education. I teach nursing students and build tools for practising, learning and bringing classes online. I also work closely with language models and AI agents, and lead the School of Artificial Intelligence as its founder and president.
I like bringing ideas into reality. My work connects the things I spend time doing: teaching, writing software and exploring what intelligent systems can help us build.

More background
Nursing and teaching
My background is in nursing and health information management. I teach and supervise nursing students, with a focus on helping them understand what they are learning.
That experience informs Academic Nightingale: regular exam practice, corrections and explanations, alongside teaching resources.
Read my backgroundWorking with AI and language models
I use large language models and agents as part of my software-building process. I enjoy directing the work, reviewing the results and improving products through hands-on use.
I’m also founder and president of the School of Artificial Intelligence.
Projects for organisations
- Karma Guest Inn: a hotel website demonstration with room information and a booking journey.
- Amana Rides: a demonstration for exploring transport and delivery services.
